Judy Gallagher was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from Temple University with a degree in communications. She worked in local television news for 17 years, working first for Action News, then Fox News. 

She has lived Havertown with her husband and teenage daughter for 17 years and is an active member of the community, volunteering for various organizations in Delaware County.

She is an amateur photographer and you might not recognize without her camera.
