Find out who won Patch’s Cutest Couple contest.
The votes are in and Heather McFeeley and her boyfriend John Lorentson have been named Patch’s Cutest Couple. McFeeley’s mother, Patty McFeeley, entered the couple in the Springfield Patch contest. In the voting, Sheri Joseph called them “Such an adorable couple!!” and Claire Carroll said “heather and john have got it going on!!!” Terry Hudson said, “Heather and Jon adorable and so nice too!” McFeeley and Lorentson will receive: Second prize goes to Laurie and Jason Bull, of Bryn Mawr. Our fall foliage has peaked, but although the leaves may no longer be as pretty, you can still see some great fall foliage pictures that were entered as part of our photo contest. Congratulations to Dick Brant, of Bryn Mawr. He is the winner of Patch’s Fall Foliage Picture of the Week contest. His picture of the rope hanging over the countryside dotted below with fall color was the post popular with our users. Thanks to everyone who submitted your great pictures. The Pirate Carrying a Mermaid Optical Illusion has been named Patch's Halloween Costume in America. Its creator -- and wearer -- will receive a $5,000 prize for having the most creative and innovative costume.
Ashley Playford dressed up as a pirate carrying a mermaid this Halloween. Well, actually, she dressed up as the mermaid. Her creativity has earned her the title of Patch's Best Halloween Costume in America and a $5,000 grand prize. It was Playford's use of an optical illusion that won us over. Playford entered the contest from Peekskill-Cortlandt Patch in New York. Almost 4,000 Patch users entered the contest from Oct. 15 to Nov. 5, with costumes ranging from the Eiffel Tower and Honey Boo Boo to a flower pot and a clever interpretation of "binders full of women." National judges chose one finalist from each Patch state based on who had the most creative and innovative costume (we combined North Carolina & South Carolina for this contest…

By popular demand, the new Yogo Factory in Newtown Square is the region’s best frozen yogurt. We asked you for your opinions and the new Yogo Factory was the winner. “YoGo Factory - best yogurt, nicest store, not even close!” wrote Jennifer Roman. “The new store in edgmont Yogofactory is awesome.
