If you missed it, this was a weekend filled with Olympic wins for athletes from our area. One gold medal and two bronze medals won at the 2012 Olympics this weekend have links back to our area. Lisa Raymond Wins Bronze The most recent medal was won by Lisa Raymond, of Upper Providence and formerly of Wayne. Raymond lost in the bronze medal match for women’s doubles Sunday, taking fourth place. But hours later, Raymond and partner Mike Bryan, earned a bronze medal in the mixed doubles match up with a win.
