The Delaware County SPCA's Bark in the Park Festival was a great success on Saturday.
Tails were wagging at the Delaware County SPCA's Bark in the Park Festival in Rose Tree Park on Saturday. The dogs got to sniff out new friends and the owners got to dress their animals up in costumes or enter into contests. And the Delco SPCA finished the day with 29 adoptions.
