No Injuries Reported in EMS Vehicle Crash

A two-vehicle crash involving a Haverford EMS unit occurred Friday night in Bryn Mawr.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash, involving a Haverford Township Medic unit on Friday night in Bryn Mawr. The crash occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Haverford Road by the South Bryn Mawr Avenue and County Line Road intersection. "Haverford Medic Unit 108 was returning from Bryn Mawr Hospital after a call. The unit was not responding to an emergency," confirmed Haverford Township Paramedics Director Jim McCans on Saturday morning. According to McCans, a vehicle was turning into the Wawa on Haverford Road and turned in front of the paramedic truck resulting in the crash.  McCans confirmed no injuries were reported, and the medic truck was towed and will be evaluated for repair on Monday. Hit and Run Becomes Second Accident on Township Line Road, Witnesses Say

Victims tell Patch that a Mustang hit a sedan at Township Line and Lexington Avenue, sped off, only to hit a second car four blocks away.

Haverford police are investigating a multi-car car crash that stretched over four blocks on Township Line Road just before 7 p.m. Wednesday night. According to eyewitnesses and victims in two of the struck cars, a man driving a Ford Mustang Cobra at a high rate of speed west on Township Line struck a Cadillac sedan at Lexington Avenue and kept on going. Eyewitnesses tell Patch that, after the Mustang kept on going, it struck a Honda CRV a few blocks away, at the traffic light at Township Line and Burmont roads. Three women were in the CRV, which was seriously damaged in the high-speed, rear-end collision.  The driver of the mustang was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
