The office staff has traditionally been difficult to deal with, but I thought things were getting better until recently when I had a horrible experience with nurse Elizabethann Ward. I have never in my life had a nurse speak to me in such an arrogant manner. She apparently does not respond well to questions about care and medication procedures. And when she gave me a flu shot, she didn't clean the area first with alcohol, or should any bit of concern for a patient! I love Dr Schmockler, but will never return to this practice because of that terrible nurse.
