Service has consistently gotten worse over the last year. Went in on a Friday night, got seated and no one came to serve us for 20 minutes. The "hostess" was chatting with other customers and never once looked our way. We finally got up to leave after being totally ignored and I literally bumped in to her on my way out ... no "sorry" or "gee - let me get someone to serve you". They obviously didn't care about my business so I'm sure they won't miss it when I don't ever go back again.
