I have lived here for FIVE years and they towed my car in the middle of the night because I was a few days late on my inspection. They are NOT the police, they are not the authorities!! Even the police give you a warning if they stop you for an inspection sticker!! My car was towed to a horrible part of Upper Darby where I had to pay $200 to get my car out of impound. This place has turned into a ghetto. They are allowing just "anyone" to move in and the better class people are moving out. Obviously because their CARS ARE BEING TOWED!!! Who do they think they are? And how much are they getting of this $200? The Tow Squad told us that they towed 24 cars in two weeks from The Haverford HIlls complex. They should be ashamed. I have contacted a lawyer, I have contacted Good Day (on Fox in the morning ) and am moving! Disgusting people for sure!

Haverford Hills got 1 star, because i cant give it a 0. The buildings have never been updated, and if anybody tells you any different they are liars. You can clearly tell this building was built in the 80's and barely mantained since then. The buildings usually have a horrid smell that you can even smell from inside your own unit.
Theres no circulation, and mold is present in the laundry rooms and most units. There is also a very common issue of leaky plumbing. If you have to live here, make sure you live on the top floor!
The condo association/leasing office however, is hands down the worst part of haverhord hills. They have done the worst job i have ever seen when it comes to managing the complex. They would rather flat out argue with you and almost insult you rather than try to fix a problem.
Our laundry room has been leaking water everywhere, causing severe damage (that was never fixed). The overflow sink is too small. Installing a larger sink would solve the problem, but instead of fixing the issue they say we can only use 1 washing machine at a time (for the entire building). They also threatened to remove all washer machines if we break that rule.
They are also quick to tow cars without looking up your license plate or even looking to see if you have a parking pass in your windows.
If you have any issues with your unit, be sure that they will fight you ever step of the way. I have been here over two years, and cant wait to leave. Save yourself the aggravation!
I came to this horrible condo because I work for the bank than foreclose one of their units. Apparently, I came and requested to change locks and take pics of anything wrong with the unit. I came and talk to someone in charge for more than 4times and unable to gain access to the place even with proper documents from the bank. The staffs here are low class, rude, and not care about the buildings they maintain.
