Vinyasa yoga incorporates movement and breath as you transition from one asana (yogic pose) to another. This is a 60 minute class designed to stretch and strengthen total body as you flow with mindful movement. This class allows you to challenge your body to go deeper in a pose or except your limitations for that day. Please, eat lightly before class, bring a mat, towel, and water. Be ready to sweat away the stresses of the week!
Liz Shanefield, RYT has been teaching yoga for over six years and practicing for much longer. She is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and also a certified Personal Trainer through AAAI. She works for Villanova University and LA Fitness teaching not only yoga but many different classes promoting healthy lifestyles.
