During Harcum College’s 95th Commencement ceremony on May 14, at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church, some of the nearly 260 graduates were recognised with outstanding awards, according to a press release from the college.
Among those awarded is a Havertown resident.
"The Academic Excellence Award, a first-time award recognizing students for their outstanding academic achievement, was presented to Elizabeth Loretta Barr of Havertown, PA., and Monica Messner Duffy of Glen Mills, PA., who both maintained a 4.0 GPA during their time at Harcum," the press release stated.
