HAVERTOWN— The end of September found the fifth graders of Chatham Park Elementary School living like Colonials when they visited Nitre Hall and Lawrence Cabin, both part of the Havertown Historical Society. The students participated in colonial activities like candle making and used colonial tools to preparing a meal and clean up the meal. All fifth grade students in the district participate in this program through out the school year.
