Daylin Leach Opens Campaign Office in Bryn Mawr

The campaign is currently looking for interns.

A campaign office for Sen. Daylin Leach set up this month across the hall from in Bryn Mawr and will be there through the election.

The office is generally staffed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and passersby are encouraged to stop by for more information.

Leach (D-Delaware/Montgomery) represents the 17th senatorial district, which includes Haverford Township, Lower Merion and Narberth, Radnor Township, Plymouth Township, Upper Merion Township, Norristown and East Norriton Township.

Leach was elected to the state senate in 2008. Locally, he serves on the board of the  and is a member of the , according to his biography

"Our campaign office is a vibrant and ever-changing atmosphere that exudes hard work and the utmost dedication to the re-election of Senator Leach," according to Campaign Manager Debby Derricks. "We look forward to extending our team by offering internship opportunities to enthusiastic individuals that can work well in a fast paced environment and have a keen desire to build upon their existing skill-set."

Interns should be passionate about politics, and living within the 17th senatorial district is a plus, according to Derricks. Former campaign experience is preferred but not necessary.
