Council Declares National Library Week

A resolution declaring April 8 to 14 to be National Library Week was presented at Delaware County Councilon April 4.

The presentation was made by County Councilman John P. McBlain (right) to Delaware County Library Administrator David Belanger (left) and Mary Pat Lynam (center), President, Board of Directors, Delaware County Library System, at the April 4 County Council meeting.

Joining in the presentation were (2d row, from left) Council Chairman Thomas J. McGarrigle, Councilman David J. White, Councilwoman Colleen P. Morrone and Council Vice Chairman Mario J. Civera Jr.
