Two Arrests Made in 'Kid to Kid' Robbery

Haverford Police say the store was robbed on October 25.

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not indicate conviction.

Identity Theft at the 100 block of Wyndmoor Road on October 24 at 6:37 p.m. The victim reported that someone opened two credit card accounts using his identity.

Criminal Mischief at Glendale and Colonial Roads on October 24 at 4:02 p.m. A vehicle was egged.

Vandalism at the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on October 24 at 6:20 p.m. The victim reported that someone cut the electrical wire to his Halloween decorations.

Liquor Law Violation on the 100 block of Washington Avenue on October 24 at 1:55 a.m. Units were dispatched to the above location for two subjects playing loud music walking down the street. Police conducted a pedestrian stop and determined the subjects were intoxicated. Two men were cited for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking.

Robbery at Kid to Kid (1200 block of E. Township Line Road) on October 25 at 3:33 p.m. Two subjects entered the store demanding money from the register. The male grabbed the money and fled the store. David McNesby and Joanna Kapusniak were arrested and charged.

Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on October 25 at 5:31 p.m. Christine Kelly, 27, was cited for the retail theft of $50 worth of merchandise.

Vandalism at the unit block of E. Clearfield Road on October 26 at 9:24 p.m. A residence was egged.

Vandalism at the 400 block of Pembroke Road on October 26 at 8:55 p.m. A residence was egged.

Aggravated Assault at the 100 block of S. Eagle Road on October 17 at 3:21 p.m. Michael Burke was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. The victim complained of neck pain and police observed scratches and bruises on her face.

Theft at Tip O'Leary's (600 block of W. Lancaster Avenue) on October 27 at 9:26 a.m. The victim reported that her purse containing her drivers license, credit cards, $40 and phone was stolen while she left it unattended at her table.

Fraud at the unit block of Strathmore Road on October 27 at 1:14 p.m. The victim reported that an unknown person made multiple purchases with his credit card without his permission of knowledge.

Criminal Mischief at the 100 block of Rockland Drive on October 27 at 9:51 p.m. The victim reported that her boyfrien slammed her vehicle door and kicked the passenger side window causing it to shatter. He was highly intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was cited for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Vandalism at the unit block of Andover Road on October 27 at 9:58 p.m. An unknown group threw toilet paper on trees.

Narcotics at the 1200 block of W. Township Line Road on October 28 at 1:05 a.m. While conducting a sobriety checkpoint police observed the passenger of a vehicle in possession of marijuana.

Disorderly Conduct at Shelbourne Road and Lincoln Avenue on October 28 at 3 a.m. A man, 18, was cited for underage drinking, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
