In the second case, an unlocked vehicle proved too tempting for a thief to pass up. According to police, prescription medicine was taken from a vehicle left unlocked in the 1200 block of Ellston Road. It was reported to police at 2:25 p.m. on March 14.

No information was available on the type of prescriptions stolen or the value of the drugs.
