Police: Dunn Was Legally Drunk At Time of Crash

West Goshen Police say that Jackass star Ryan Dunn had a blood alcohol content of .196 at the time of the crash.

West Goshen police have confirmed that Ryan Dunn was legally drunk at the time of the car crash that killed him and morning.

The toxicology report released by the Chester County's Coroner's Office states that Dunn, who starred in MTV's Jackass, had a blood alcohol content level of .196, twice the legal limit of .08.

The coroner's report did not find anything other substances in Dunn's blood.

Early Monday morning Dunn lost control of his car and crashed through a guardrail at a reported speed of 130 MPH.  The car went down into a ditch and crashed through 40 yards of tress before hitting the last tree and bursting into flames.
