Theft at the 600 block of Penfield Road on 9/14 and 3:06 p.m. — Vehicle was entered — GPS was stolen.

Theft at the 300 block of Olympic Avenue on 9/14 and 9:19 a.m. — Vehicle was entered — glove box and console had been ransacked and $20 in loose change was stolen.

Narcotics at Sunoco (400 block of E. Township Line Road on 9/15 and 5:07 p.m. — Officers observed a white male urinating on the building. The subject was in possession of a loaded pistol and knife. During a search officers observed a container and two baggies with white powder and crystal like residue. Kevin Bayer was arrested and charged. Officers approached Dominick DiPietro and advised him that his passenger was under arrest and asked him to step out of the vehicle. DePietro was in possession of a club, knife and various pills. DiPietro was arrested and charged.

Theft at the 200 block of E. Marthart Avenue on 9/16 and 5:21 p.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — laptop was stolen.

Theft at the 400 block of West Chester Pike on 9/16 and 8:36 p.m. — Vehicle window was smashed and a pocketbook containing a wallet, credit cards and a driver's license was stolen. The victim later discovered an unauthorized charge on her credit card.

Theft at the 1700 block of Ridgeway Road on 9/16 and 8:37 a.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — four watches and cash were stolen.

Theft at the 200 block of E. Marthart Avenue on 9/16 and 7:41 p.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — i—phone was stolen.

Fraud at the 100 block of Stockton Road on 9/16 and 10:41 a.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person opened a phone service using her identity without her permission or knowledge. 

Liquor Law Violation at Haverford College (300 block of Lancaster Avenue) on 9/16 and 12:43 a.m. — Officers were dispatched for an alcohol overdose. Upon arrival the officer observed a white female vomiting into a trashcan. The subject was falling in and out of consciousness and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The 18-year-old female, of Chadds Ford, was cited for underage drinking. 

Liquor Law Violation at the Haverford Middle School (200 block of Mill Road) on 9/16 and 8:35 p.m. — Officers were dispatched to the restroom by the football field for an intoxicated juvenile. Upon arrival officers observed a white female vomiting in the restroom. The 14-year-old admitted to drinking wine before the game and was cited for underage drinking. The juvenile was transported to the hospital for treatment and later released to her father. 

Retail Theft at the 7—11 (100 block of Eagle Road) on 9/17 and 9:55 p.m. — A white male stole a bottle a Visene and fled the store. 

Drug Equipment Violations at the 200 block of W. Westwood Park Lane on 9/17 and 5:13 p.m. — While conducting a vehicle stop the driver admitted to being in possession of a smoking pipe. Marlon Guess was arrested and charged.

Disorderly Conduct at Super Fresh (1300 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/17 and 5:20 p.m. — Officers were dispatched for an intoxicated subject placing customers’ groceries into bags. The subject became agitated when he was told to cease his activity and began yelling at the customers and then left the store. Thomas Cocco, 31, 1700 block of Robinson Avenue, was located stumbling on the sidewalk and was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Theft at the 800 block of Homestead Avenue on 9/18 and 6:35 p.m. — A weed whacker, snow blower and a gas can were stolen from an unsecured garage.

Drug Equipment Violations at Steel Field (1400 block of Steel Field) on 9/18 and 8 p.m. — While on patrol officers observed a vehicle in the parking lot and two subjects approach the vehicle. The vehicle attempted to exit the parking lot when he observed the police vehicle. Officers made contact with four juveniles and cited them for parks hours of operation. The juveniles were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A 15-year-old white male was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A 16-year-old white male was arrested for possession of marijuana. A 17-year-old white male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a 17-year-old white female was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Public Drunkenness at Barnaby's (1900 block of Old West Chester Pike) on 9/18 and 2:07 a.m. — While conducting a business check, an employee reported that a white male was in the rear of the building by the dumpster. The male was refusing their requests to leave the area and was attempting to fight the staff. Christopher Laliberte was located next to the dumpster. He was highly intoxicated, bloodshot eyes and swayed while standing. Laliberte, 28, 700 block of Burmont Road, Upper Darby, became verbally belligerent towards police and was cited for public drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness at Darby and Manoa Roads on 9/19 and 2:55 a.m. — Officers were dispatched for a customer dispute involving a taxi cab driver. The customer refused to pay and left the scene. The officer located the male and he was highly intoxicated. His speech was slurred and he had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person. The subject had cash on him and paid his cab fare. Mark Carmichael, 31, unit block of Golf Road, was cited for public drunkenness.   

Burglary (forced entry) at Pepper's Café (2500 block of Haverford Road) on 9/19 and 7:10 a.m. — An employee reported that the front window was broken in and $100 was stolen from the cash register.

Theft at the 200 block of Strathmore Road on 9/19 and 7:12 p.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — wallet was stolen that contained credit cards and identification.

Fraud at the 100 block of Cedarbrook Road on 9/19 and 5:10 a.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person opened two credit card accounts in her name and made multiple purchases without her permission.

Burglary (forced entry) at Havertown Cleaners (1200 block of E. Darby Road) on 9/20 and 8:26 a.m. — Door was pushed in and $100 from the cash register and a computer were stolen. 

Burglary (forced entry) at Pepper's Café (2500 block of Haverford Road) on 9/20 and 9:25 a.m. — An employee reported that unknown persons made entry through the rear door and stole $50 from the cash register.

Theft at LA Fitness (400 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/20 and 8:01 a.m. — Unsecured vehicle was entered — A purse containing multiple credit cards, cash, gift cards and a Blackberry were stolen.
