INCIDENTS:

Theft at the 600 block of Beechwood Drive on 9/28 at 9:28 a.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — a large amount of cash was stolen.

Fraud at the 100 block of Golf House Road on 9/28 at 6:08 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person opened a credit card account using her information without her permission or knowledge.

Fraud at the 2400 block of Hollis Road on 9/28 at 7:55 p.m. — An unknown person accessed the victim's checking account and made four transactions.

Burglary (forced entry) at Peppers Café (2500 block of Haverford Road) on 9/29 at 3:53 a.m. — Unknown people gained entry into the business by forcing open a window. The cash register drawer was removed and placed on the counter. Nothing was reported stolen.

Burglary at Ring of Roses (2000 block of Darby Road) on 9/29 at 8:21 a.m. — Unknown persons accessed the business by forcing open the front door. The cash register, containing $50 was stolen.

Burglary (forced entry) at Marcus John Hair Salon (2000 block of Darby Road) on 9/29 at 8:32 a.m. — While responding to another burglary the officer observed the interior glass door smashed out. The cash register, containing $100 was stolen.

Drug Equipment Violations at Haverford and Eagle Roads on 9/29 at 9:37 p.m. — Officers were in the area after receiving a report of a missing person. Two white males were seen walking on Haverford Road, one of the males matched the description of the missing person. Officers conducted a pedestrian stop and confirmed it was the missing person. The officer immediately detected the odor of alcohol coming from the subjects. Ian Schultz admitted to consuming alcoholic beverage and was in possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested.

Theft at Wynnewood Lane (2200 block of Haverford Road) on 9/30 at 3:13 p.m. — Victim reported that his vehicle was entered and two Crown Royal bags filled with over $400 in change was stolen. The reporting officer was aware of an arrest the happened previously and the suspect was in possession of a crown royal bag filled with coin currency. Ian Schultz was arrested.

Fraud at the 100 block of E. Manoa Road on 9/30 at 9:59 a.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person made a purchase using her credit card without her permission or knowledge.

Fraud at the 100 block of Earlington Road on 9/30 at 7:17 p.m. — An unknown person made two charges using the victim's debit card.

Narcotics at the 1900 block of Lawrence Road on 9/30 at 6:55 p.m. — While conducting a vehicle stop the driver was extremely nervous and did not make eye contact with the officer. The officer detected an odor of fresh burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The driver, Patrick Cunningham admitted to being in possession of marijuana and was arrested and charged.

Liquor Law Violation at the 1300 block of West Chester Pike on 9/30 at 9:24 p.m. — While on patrol officer observed two juveniles loitering outside of a business. A pedestrian stop was conducted and the juveniles had glazed over blood shot eyes. Two white males, one 14 and one 15, were cited for public drunkenness.

Bicycle Theft at the 600 block of Dayton Road on 10/1 at 10:39 a.m.

Theft at the 300 block of Brookline Boulevard on 10/1 at 8:30 p.m. — Lawn mower and weed whacker were stolen from the victim's back yard.

Theft at the 200 block of Juniper Road on 10/1 at 9:10 a.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — loose change was stolen.

Simple Assault at the unit block of W. Manoa Road on 10/1 at 6:29 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown female came up to her and choked her, grabbed her hair and punched her in the face and back and then ran off.

Narcotics at the unit block of E. Eagle Road on 10/1 at 12:01 a.m. — While conducting a vehicle stop it was determined that the driver was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. A pat down for officer safety was conducted and a zip lock bag with marijuana was located. Reginald Harrell was arrested and charged.

Narcotics at the 1200 block of West Chester Pike on 10/1 at 1:42 a.m. — Officer were dispatched for three unidentified males smoking marijuana in a vehicle. Upon arrival officers identified the vehicle and observed in plain view a smoking pipe and a baggy with marijuana. Nick Vettese was loud and profane throughout the encounter and was cited for disorderly conduct. Timothy Hogan was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Liquor Law Violation at the 300 block of Virginia Avenue on 10/1 at 8:54 p.m. — Units were dispatched for a disorderly group of juveniles on the front yard. Upon arrival officer made contact with the juvenile's and they were highly intoxicated. Timothy Leach,18, 100 block of Old State Road, Springfield, a white 17-year-old male and an Asian 16-year-old male were cited for underage drinking.

Theft at the 700 block of Hathaway Lane on 10/2 at 5:42 p.m. — Victim reported that his unlocked vehicle was entered and $50 in change was stolen. His unlocked porch was also entered and sporting equipment was looked through but nothing was reported missing.

Theft at the 500 block of Grand Avenue on 10/2 at 5 p.m. — Victim reported that his iPod was stolen from his residence by a person known to him.

Vandalism at the 100 block of glen Arbor Road on 10/2 at 9:25 a.m. — Residence was egged and window was shattered by a bb gun.

Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 10/2 at 4:15 p.m. — Shavon Neal, 20, 700 block of Atwood Road, Oxford, was cited for the retail theft of $24 worth of merchandise.

Theft at the 200 block of St. Mary's Road on 10/3 at 6:40 p.m. —Unlocked vehicle was entered — Nintendo DS was stolen.
