INCIDENTS:
Theft at the 300 block of Fairlamb Avenue on 2/15 at 8:10 a.m. — Vehicle was entered — laptop and camera were stolen.
Simple Assault at the unit block of Tunbridge Road on 2/15 at 12:22 p.m. —Mark Dawejko, was arrested when the police responded to the above location for a domestic.
Criminal Mischief at the 1800 block of Darby Road on 2/15 at 1:21 p.m. — vehicle was keyed.
Theft at the 600 block of Haverford Road on 2/16 at 4:21 p.m. — Victim reported that a person known to her stole her cell phone.
Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 2/16 at 4:09 p.m.—Anthony V. Paule, 900 block of Lewis Lane, Bryn Mawr, was cited for retail theft of $124 worth of merchandise.
Theft at the unit block of W. Manoa Road on 2/16 at 8:39 p.m. — Officers received a report that Troy Webber stole a GPS from a vehicle at Wawa. Webber admitted to the theft and was arrested. Webber became increasingly agitated while being processed and ripped the bench out of the wall.
Simple Assault at the 2800 block of Haverford Road on 2/16 at 4:35 p.m. — Police responded to the above location for a domestic disturbance. The victim reported that her husband kicked in the front door and followed her and her children to her bedroom and kicked that door in. Her husband grabbed the computer and her purse when she called police and fled the scene.
Vandalism at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 2/16 at 5:27 a.m. — The store manager reported that her Kohl's sign was tampered with and would not light.
Public Drunkenness at the 1000 block of West Chester Pike on 2/16 at 1:55 p.m. — Police received a report of a male urinating on the bench in front of a business. George Schlappig was observed highly intoxicated slumped over the bench. Schlappig, 51, 4700 block of Leiper Street, Philadelphia, was cited for public drunkenness.
Burglary (forced entry) at the 100 block of Old Forrest Road on 2/17 at 12:14 p.m. — Front door was forced open — laptop and jewelry box was stolen.
Theft at the 100 block of Sunny Hill Lane on 2/17 at 9:26 a.m. — Three rings were stolen from the victim's bedroom.
Theft at the unit block of Fawn Lane on 2/17 at 11:04 a.m. — Victim reported that while she was assisting a worker in the basement, she believes another worker went into her bedroom and stole $500.
Theft at the unit block of Hilltop Road on 2/17 at 10:28 a.m. — Copper wire was stolen from the cell phone tower.
Theft at the unit block of Fairfield Road on 2/17 at 7:55 p.m. — Victim reported that a person known to her stole money from her purse.
Vandalism at the 100 block of E. Hathaway Lane on 2/17 at 10:27 p.m. — vehicle was egged.
Narcotics at Apollo Pizza (Wilson and Manoa Roads) on 2/17 at 6:32 p.m. — Detectives observed Justin Aaron conducting a drug transaction. Aaron fled from police and was later taken into custody at his residence. Aaron was arrested and charged.
Theft at the unit block of Patton Drive on 2/19 at 7:40 p.m. — Victim reported that she left her cell phone in a vehicle and the subject refuses to return the phone.
Simple Assault at the Lamplighter Tavern (2300 block of E. Darby Road) on 2/19 at 5:43 p.m. — Victim reported that she was assaulted by an unknown female.
Vandalism at Merrybrook Drive on 2/19 at 2:03 a.m. — Several vehicles were egged.
Aggravated Assault at the 300 block of E. Hathaway Lane on 2/20 at 1:13 a.m. — Officers responded to the above location for a domestic fight in progress. Upon arrival Rachel Grossman was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order. Grossman resisted arrest, cursed and kicked police causing injury to an officer's knee.
Criminal Mischief at the 1100 block of Garfield Avenue on 2/21 at 7:33 a.m. — vehicle was keyed.
Criminal Mischief at the unit block of Scarlet Oaks Drive on 2/21 at 12:09 p.m. — Victim reports that four chairs on her property were slashed along with a Clock Painting hanging in her den. Victim also reports that there was a slash in the armrest and seat in her vehicle.
