INCIDENTS:

Bicycle Theft at the 800 block of Ardmore Avenue on 3/14 at 10:44 a.m.

Attempted Theft at the 800 block of Clifford Avenue on 3/15 at 1:16 p.m. — The victim observed his neighbor attempt to remove a cast iron radiator from the rear of his yard. The suspect, Todd Allen has removed scrap metal and firewood in the past. Allen was arrested and charged.

Theft at the unit block of W. Hillcrest Avenue on 3/16 at 12:27 p.m. — Victim reported that his camera was stolen from his residence.

Vandalism at the 800 block of Coopertown Road on 3/16 at 5:56 p.m. — Victim reported that a wood post at the edge of her property was knocked over.

Liquor Law Violation at the unit block of Darby Road on 3/16 at 10:50 p.m. — Police observed a female walking down the street carrying a case of beer. Kelly Healion, 19, unit block of Darby Road, was cited for underage drinking/possession.

Fraud at the 200 block of Sagamore Road on 3/17 at 9:47 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person gained access to his checking account and made numerous purchases.

Vandalism at the 1200 block of Bon Air Avenue on 3/17 at 12:35 p.m. — The victim reported that the air was let out of her four vehicle tires and silicon was put over the air caps and door handles.

Liquor Law Violation at the 300 block of Lancaster Avenue on 3/17 at 1:32 a.m. — Officers were dispatched for an alcohol overdose. Kenneth Gudel had slurred speech and needed assistance to walk. Gudel, 18, 300 block of W. Lancaster Avenue, was transported to the hospital for treatment and cited for underage drinking.

Disorderly Conduct at the 500 block of Washington Avenue on 3/17 at 6:52 p.m. —  Police responded to a group of juveniles drinking in the rear of the above property. The juveniles fled before police arrival but were later located by police. A 15-year-old male and two 16-year-old males were cited for disorderly conduct.

Public Drunkenness at Darby and Harvard Roads on 3/18 at 1:29 a.m. —Christopher McDonald was observed by police stumbling down the street, coming very close to falling into the street. McDonald, 27, 400 block of N. Manoa Road, was cited for public drunkenness.

Burglary at the 700 block of Millbrook Lane on 3/19 at 5:20 p.m. — Unknown person gained access into the residence through an unlocked door and stole a laptop from the kitchen.

Simple Assault at the 400 block of Glendale Road on 3/19 at 6:30 p.m. — Police responded to the above location for a domestic assault. The victim reported that her boyfriend threw her on the bed and began striking her on the arms and face causing numerous bruises.

Vandalism at the 100 block of W. Eagle Road on 3/19 at 9:54 a.m. — A vehicle window was smashed.

Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 3/20 at 2:14 p.m. — Victim reported that he dropped his iPhone in the parking lot. He was unaware of this until his girlfriend received calls demanding money to have the phone returned.
