Police Blotter: 3 Haverford College Apartments Burglarized

The following information comes from the Haverford Township Police Department. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

INCIDENTS: 

Burglary at the 600 block of Walnut Lane on 7/11 at 11:27 a.m. — An unknown person entered the above residence through an unlocked door and stole a laptop and wallet containing $30, credit cards, debit card and drivers license.

Fraud at the 400 block of Bryan Street on 7/11 at 3:05 p.m. — Victim reported that an unknown person made three purchases with her debit card without her permission or knowledge.

Theft at the 300 block of Llanerch Avenue on 7/12 at 5:35 p.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — toys, scissors and a DVD was stolen.

Aggravated Assault at the 500 block of Wales Road on 7/13 at 1:13 p.m. —Geral Ray Moss Jr. was arrested for shooting his wife in the shoulder during an argument. Moss was arrested and charged. (To read more, .)

Bicycle Theft at the unit block of Hannum Drive on 7/13 at 12:04 p.m.

Vandalism at the 2000 block of E. Darby Road on 7/14 at 10:49 a.m. — A victim reported that someone kicked his vehicle causing a dent.

Vandalism at the 200 block of Earlington Road on 7/14 at 11:19 p.m. — Both side mirrors were damaged on the victims vehicle.

Liquor Law Violation at Haverford College (unit block of Hannum Drive) on 7/14 at 1:04 a.m. — Police were dispatched to the above location for an alcohol overdose. Jaculin Labua, 20, 800 block of Evesham Avenue, Baltimore, MD, was unconscious and transported to the hospital for treatment. Labua was cited for underage drinking. 

Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 7/15 at 5:47 p.m. — Victim reported that her wallet was stolen while she was paying for items at the counter.  

Identity Theft at the 500 block of Upland Road on 7/15 at 10 p.m. — An unknown person opened a credit card account using the victim's identity without his permission or knowledge.

Criminal Mischief at the 200 block of Campbell Avenue on 7/15 at 11:17 p.m. — A vehicle was keyed.

Vandalism at the 2100 block of Darby Road on 7/15 at 1:22 a.m. — A vehicle rear windshield was smashed.

Burglary at the Haverford College Apartments (unit block of Hannum Drive) on 7/16 at 6:43 p.m. — The victim reported the theft of her computer and iPod from her unlocked and open apartment.

Theft at the 300 block of Canterbury Lane on 7/16 at 9:39 a.m. — Unlocked vehicle was entered — numerous tools were stolen.

Theft at Kenny's Plumbing Supply (400 block of Darby Road) on 7/16 at 5:32 p.m. — A loose copper piping, boiler coil and loose scrap metal was removed from the rear of the property. 

Burglary at the Haverford College Apartments (unit block of Hannum Drive) on 7/17 at 8:48 a.m. — Victim reports that two laptops were stolen from her unlocked apartment. 

Burglary at the Haverford College Apartments (unit block of Hannum Drive) on 7/17 at 9:01 a.m. — Victim reported that someone entered her unlocked apartment and stole her laptop.  

Vandalism at the 300 block of Stump Road on 7/17 at 12:25 a.m. — Outdoor sofa cushions were damaged.
