OMG PD: Man Uses Feces to Apologize

Check out these unusual police stories from around eastern Pennsylvania.

At Least He Said He Was Sorry: An Upper Saucon Township man has been charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and harassment after police say he used feces to write "I AM SORRY" inside a bathroom at Subway, 1862 Leithsville Road, Lower Saucon Township, on the afternoon of Jan. 8. Hellertown Patch has the story.

Citizens Over Criminals: A pair of Eastern PA women refused to be scammed, rejecting claims of thousands and, instead, calling the police on two would-be con artists. Marple-Newtown Patch and Media Patch have the stories of how two women knew better than to believe an outrageous claim.

“Help, I’ve Been … Never Mind:” A 56-year-old Villanova woman who filed a report with Whitemarsh Police earlier this month claiming that her $600 Ralph Lauren bag had been stolen, left a message with police on Jan. 7 shortly after 5 p.m.
