Odd Crime from Eastern PA: Meth-Maker Sent Meth Letters to Cops

Check out these unusual police stories from around Eastern PA.

I'm Not Sure What This Guy Hoped Would Happen: According to a report from Easton Patch, police arrested a man who was later convicted of operating a meth lab in Northampton County. Here's the rub, though; the man wrote letters to the police telling them how to properly manufacture the drug, even going as far as to offer his help in future cases, according to police. So, yeah. He got arrested. Read the full story here.

Talk About Bad Press: This story is still unfolding on Ardmore Patch, but here's the long and short of it: police cited a man and his wife, both realtors, and said they dumped dead animals in their neighbor's driveway. The media reported the story.

  • The woman was then fired from her job. The attorney for the realtors claim that her termination is due to "negative publicity" and "sensational reporting."
  • Police say they have video of the realtor and her husband throwing snakes and dead mice into their neighbor's driveway.
  • The realtor's attorney says the police won't leak the video, police say the attorney never asked for the video.

Yeah, I don't really know, either. Try to make sense of it here.
