Nothing Good Happens After...Breakfast? Havertown Man Gets A.M. DUI

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not suggest conviction.

Catherine P. Gicker, 60, of the 100 block of Rockland Road, Havertown, was arrested for retail theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on November 28 at 4:45 p.m.

Michael D. Parducci, 44, of the 600 block of Penfield Avenue, Havertown, was arrested for DUI on the 2600 block of Haverford Road on November 28 at 11:58 p.m.

Sean Conner, 33, of the 3500 block of Rhodes Avenue, Newtown Square, had a warrant issued for his arrest stemming from an incident that occurred on the 300 block of Cherry Lane on November 29 at 7:35 a.m.

Johnny Or, 24, of the 3600 block of Berry Avenue, Drexel Hill, was arrested for DUI on the corner of West Chester Pike and Gilmore Road on November 30 at 1:42 a.m.

Bonita Rotoli, 61, of the 100 block of West Chester Pike, Havertown, was arrested for aggravated assault, harassment, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief on the 100 block of West Chester Pike on November 30 at 2:29 p.m.

William Dee Morton III, 29, of the 7800 block of Willing Court, Pasadena, Maryland, was arrested for DUI, registration and suspended license on the corner of West Chester Pike and Eagle Road on December 1 at 4:55 p.m.

Christopher Pergolese, 47, of the 200 block of Rodmor Road, Havertown, was arrested for DUI and careless driving on the 200 block of Rodmor Road on December 2 at 9:50 a.m.

Alex Montese-Smith Jr., 18, of the 1200 block of S. 50th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested for receiving stolen property, fleeing from police, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and speeding on the 900 block of E. Township Line Road on December 2 at 8:52 a.m.

Plummer, Lindsay Marie, 22, of the 1100 block of Wilson Drive, Havertown, was arrested for retail theft at Kohl's on December 3 at 7:05 p.m.

Jan Evans Gilbert, 49, of the 2300 block of Patricia Drive, Broomall, was arrested for DUI, careless driving, speeding and following too closely on the corner of Marple and Darby Creek Roads on December 4 at 10:31 p.m.
