Man Exposed Himself to Teenage Girls, Haverford Police Say

Police are looking for the suspect, a white man in his early-20s.

Haverford Police are looking for a man in his early-20s who allegedly exposed himself to a pair of 13-year-old girls on the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive on Friday.

According to the department, the incident occurred at approximately noon. The two girls were walking when told police they observed the suspect fondling himself inside what police think was a dark green Honda Civic.

The driver of the vehicle was described as a white male in his early twenties, having dark hair with stubble facial hair. He was also described as being tall as his head appeared to be touching the interior roof of the vehicle.

On Friday, February 15, 2013, at 1230 hours, the Haverford Township Police Department investigated an indecent exposure incident that occurred in the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive.

The incident was reported by two female juveniles, ages 13, who reported that at approximately 1200 hours, they were walking in the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive from East Manoa Road, when they observed a white male seated in the driver’s seat of a dark green compact vehicle. One of the juveniles reported that as she walked passed the vehicle on the passenger side she observed the male with his pants down, holding a phone in one hand and masturbating with the other. The juveniles reported that they stopped a postal letter carrier and advised him of what they had observed. They stated that as the postal letter carrier approached the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle made a quick U-turn and turned left onto East Manoa Road towards Darby Road.

The driver of the vehicle was described as a white male in his early twenties, having dark hair with stubble facial hair. He was also described as being tall as his head appeared to be touching the interior roof of the vehicle.

The vehicle was described as an older model compact vehicle, possibly a Honda Civic, dark green in color, having an infant car seat in the back seat. The car seat was described as checkered with green and yellow squares.
