Llanerch Fire Company Recognizes Winner of Fire Prevention Contest

The Llanerch Fire Company congratulates Lindsay Marshall, 5, for being the winner of their inagural Fire Prevention Poster Contest. Marshall was awarded the first place overall trophy as well as $50.

There were 73 entries in the contest with a winner and runner up for each grade level, Pre-K through 5.

Ms. Marshall's entry "Firefighters Are "Heros" was declared the winner at the LFC's Fire Prevention Open House on October 12. And yes, her age was taken into consideration with the spelling of "Heroes."
