Haverford Police Blotter: Seven Thefts and an Assault

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not indicate conviction.

Simple Assault at the 600 block of Loraine Street on September 27 at 7:34 p.m. The victim reported that her ex-boyfriend, William Dupee, pulled her to keep her in his residence and then slammed the front door on her daughter's finger during an argument. The daughter was treated at the hospital for a crushed finger. Dupee was arrested and charged.

Theft at the 800 block of Cricket Avenue on September 29 at 5:41 p.m. Unlocked vehicle was entered. Two credit cards and loose change were stolen.

Theft at the 1700 block of West Chester Pike on September 30 at 8:15 p.m. Victim reported that an unknown person made multiple purchases with her debit card without her permission or knowledge.

Motor Vehicle Theft at Llanerch Country Club (900 block of West Chester Pike) on September 30 at 3:04 p.m.

Fraud at the 800 block of Cricket Avenue on September 30 at 2:49 p.m. While conducting a pedestrian stop the subject was found to be intoxicated. Ian Schultz, 20, and of the 1600 block of Earlington Road, was cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking

Theft at Imported Automotive (100 block of W. Eagle Road) on October 1 at 2:04 p.m. Ten emission stickers were stolen from a file box.

Fraud at the 100 block of Shelbourne Avenue on October 1 at 11:29 a.m. Unknown persons made three unauthorized purchases with the victim's debit card.

Identity Theft at the 700 block of Old Buck Lane on October 1 at 9:54 a.m. Victim reported that an unknown person attempted to open a credit card account using his identity.

Theft at Bryn Mawr Terrace (700 block of Haverford Road) on October 2 at 2:50 p.m. Kindle was stolen from the victim's room.

Fraud at the 100 block of Harding Avenue on October 2 at 6:55 p.m. Victim reported that an unknown person made three purchases on her credit card account without her permission or knowledge.

Identity Theft at the unit block of Barbara Lane on October 2 at 2:59 p.m. Unknown persons attempted to use the victim's identity to obtain a fraudulent tax return.

Public Drunkenness at the P & W Station (200 block of Septa Line Road) on October 2 at 12 a.m. John Egan, 47, of the 600 block of Loraine Street, was cited for public drunkenness.
