Havertown Man Hit with Burglary Charges

The man, 50, was arrested on October 5 and charged with nine felony counts related to the alleged crime.

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not suggest conviction.

Melissa Donahue, 28, and a resident of the 200 block of S. Church Street in Clifton Heights was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver on the 200 block of S. Church Street on November 9 at 4

Domenic Allessandrine, 19, a resident of the unit block of Sycamore Road in Clifton Heights was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver on Fairview and Springfield Roads on November 9 at 4 p.m.

Frank W. Rossini, 50, a resident of the 500 block of Glendale Road in Havertown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy on the 700 block of Rugby Road and 700 block of Polo Circle on November 9 at 5:40 p.m.

Christopher Dougherty, 26, a resident of the 800 block of N. 28 Street in Philadelphia was charged with retail theft, possession of instrument of crime and a controlled substance at Kohl's (200 block of E. Eagle Road) on November 9 at 2:22 p.m.

Sandra Blanchard, 22, a resident of the unit block of Hershey Drive in West Chester was charged with DUI, careless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle, notice to police, trespass by motor vehicle and restraint system on the 200 block of Earlington Road on November 11 at 9:40 p.m.
