Haverford Police Report Burglaries on Concord Ave, Edgewood Rd.

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not indicate conviction.

Burglary on the 900 block of Edgewood Road. On October 17 at 9:16 a.m. Unknown subject gained entry through an unlocked door and stole money and identification from the victim's wallet.

Theft at Haverford College (300 block of Lancaster Avenue). On October 17 at 3:47 p.m. a locker was entered and $350 was stolen.

Theft at the 100 block of Stockton Road. On October 17 at 4:30 p.m. a lawnmower was stolen from the victim's yard.

Theft at the 300 block of Sagamore Road on October 17 at 4:01 p.m. an unlocked vehicle was entered and loose change and an iPod were stolen.

Theft at the 400 block of Brookline Boulevard Boulevard on October 17 at 5:35 p.m. an unlocked vehicle was entered and loose change was stolen.

Narcotics at E. Darby Road and Media Avenue. On October 17 at 3:16 a.m., while conducting a vehicle stop it was determined that there was a warrant for arrest for the driver, Anthony Hirschbuhl. Police observed marijuana and an open bottle of vodka near the drivers seat. Hirschbuhl was arrested and charged.

Bicycle Theft at the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue on October 18 at 6:26 p.m.

Fraud at the 200 block of Glen Gary Drive. On October 18 at 3:30 p.m. a victim reported that an unknown person made three purchases with his debit card without his permission or knowledge.

Vandalism at the unit block of W. Hillcrest Avenue. On October 18 at 4:20 p.m. a victim reported nine separate acts of vandalism to his home. 

Theft at the unit block of Yale Road. On October 19 at 3:11 p.m. an entire set of lawn furniture was stolen from the victim's yard.

Vandalism at the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive. On October 19 at 9:35 p.m. a residence was egged.

Theft at the Verizon Store (600 block of West Chester Pike). On October 20 at 10:34 a.m. a black male cut the security wire and stole an iPhone 5. The suspect fled the store.

Theft at the unit block of Woodbine Road. On October 20 at 12:06 p.m. jewelry was reported missing from the victim's bedroom.

Theft at Burger King (200 block of West Chester Pike). On October 20 at 7:55 p.m. a cell phone was stolen.

Narcotics at Lawrence and Fairmont Roads. On Ocrober 20 at 6:46 p.m., while conducting a vehicle stop the driver, Andrea Doszpoly, appeared nervous and police observed track marks on her arm. Doszpoly gave consent for police to search her vehicle at which time police discovered a baggie with 56 pills, hypodermic needle and Fentanyl patch wrapper. Doszpoly was arrested and charged.

Liquor Law Violation at Oakmont School (unit block of E. Eagle Road). October 20 at 9:58 p.m. police responded to the above location for an underage drinking party. Upon arrival police made contact with twenty juveniles. Nine of the subjects were intoxicated and cited for underage drinking. All of the parents responded to the scene where custody of the juveniles was turned over to them. 

Liquor Law Violation at the unit block of Barbara Lane. On October 20 at 10:48 p.m. a juvenile was cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking.

Simple Assault at the unit block of W. Manoa Road. On October 21 at 8:21 p.m. Amber Galvin was arrested for simple assault for grabbing her boyfriend's daughter face during an argument. The juveniles' cheeks were visibly red and swollen.

Vandalism at the 400 block of Pembroke Road. On October 21 at 5:23 p.m. a residence was egged.

Theft at the 1800 block of Rose Tree Lane. On October 22 at 11:25 a.m. two televisions, two projectors and a laptop were stolen from the above residence.

Criminal Mischief at the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive. On October 22 at 10:50 a.m. a residence was egged.

Vandalism at the 400 block of Walnut Place. On October 22 at 3:58 p.m. a victim reported that a rear window on her residence was cracked.

Burglary at the 200 block of Concord Avenue. On October 23 at 2:40 p.m. unknown actors gained entry through an unlocked rear door and stole a laptop and $150.

Theft at LA Fitness (400 block of West Chester Pike). On October 23 at 6:46 p.m. a vehicle window was smashed and a laptop and a camera were stolen.
