Portable breathalyzer results, are rigged to favor the cops. The bigger breathalyzer, at the station house is rigged also. The cops use ampules that are 2 years, and older. They don't throw them away, like the state requires, after each single test. These old ampules give these crooked cops a false positive everytime. If I was Mr. Rice, I would check the date on the ampule, that was used on New Years eve.. No wonder these cops in Havertown call this machine "old faithful"
