Haverford Police Make Burglary Arrest on Earlington Road

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not suggest conviction.

Haverford Township Police reported making nine arrests in the preceding week. 

Michelle A. Cangemi, 53, and a resident of the 7200 block of Bradford Road in Upper Darby was charged on October 25 with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia for an incident that occurred at Haverford and Avon Roads on May 5.

Ian M. Schultz, 20, and a resident of the 1600 block of Earlington Road in Havertown was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, and theft on the 100 block of Princeton Road on October 25 at 10 p.m.

Michael Burke, 35, and a resident of the 200 block of Old Forge Crossing in Devon was charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, harassment, reckless endangering another person and obstructing emergency services on the 100 block of S. Eagle Road on October 27 at 3:21 p.m.

Vanessa M. Martucci, 30, and a resident of the unit block of Rampart West in Mediawas charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on October 28 at 6:03 p.m.

Paula Kae DeMarco, 48, and a resident of the 6600 block of Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia was charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy at Kohl's on October 28 at 6:03 p.m.

Kevin J. Liddie,19, and a resident of the 400 block of Alcott Street in Philadelphia was charged with possession of a controlled substance, underage drinking and restrictions on alcohol on the 1200 block of W. Township Line Road on October 28 at 1:05 a.m.

David L. McNesby II, 27, and a resident of the 100 block of Burmont Road in Drexel Hill was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy at Kid to Kid (1200 block of W. Township Line Road) on October 29 at 12 p.m.

Joanna N. Kapusniak, 24, and a resident of the 500 block of Winfield Avenue in Upper Darby was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy at Kid to Kid on October 29 at 12 p.m.

A 16-year-old male was petitioned to juvenile court on charges of furnishing liquor to minors, criminal conspiracy and underage drinking for an incident that occurred on the 1900 block of West Chester Pike on October 27 at 8 p.m.
