Haverford Police: 71-Year-Old Arrested for DUI in Township

The alleged incident occurred on Grand Avenue on January 19.

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not suggest conviction.

Brian A. Brotherson, 71, 500 block of Grand Avenue, Havertown, was arrested for DUI and careless driving on the 500 block of Grand Avenue on January 19 at 2:18 a.m.

Sandra A. Oyugi, 23, of the 300 block of Derwyn Road, Lansdowne, was arrested for retail theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on January 19 at 8:02 p.m.

Michael Dougherty, 18, of the 200 block of N. Bishop Avenue, Clifton Heights, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of Strathmore Road on January 19 at 11:59 p.m.

Daniel P. Doogan, 55, of the 100 block of E. Golfview Road, Ardmore, was arrested for DUI, careless driving and exhibiting drivers license on demand on the 100 block of Whitemarsh Road on January 20 at 4:24 p.m.

June M. Caruso, 49, of the 1300 block of E. Darby Road, Havertown, was arrested for harassment on the 100 block of E. Turnbull Avenue on January 21 at 11 a.m.

Benjamin, Goldberg, 27, of the 100 block of S. Eagle Road, Havertown, was arrested for criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia with the intent to deliver on the 100 block of S. Eagle Road on January 22 at 4 p.m.

Kelly Baker, 28, of the 100 block of S. Eagle Road, Havertown, was arrested for criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia with the intent to deliver on the 100 block of S. Eagle Road on January 22 at 4 p.m.
