Firefighters Respond To Candle Fire

Bon Air Fire Chief Kevin Kramer said there was minimal damage.

Firefighters from three companies rushed to a home on Glendale Road Wednesday night to deal with a candle fire.

A lit candle was knocked over and fell into a box at the two-story house on 505 Glendale Rd., said Bon Air Fire Chief Kevin Kramer.

Kramer said there was only minor damage, which was mostly from smoke. He said that one of the residents in the house quickly put out the fire.
