Copper Downspouts, Coach Purse, Personal Information Among Recent Thefts

  • About $800 worth of copper gutters and downspouts were reported stolen from the 100 block of College Avenue on Dec. 26.

  • A woman reported that someone stole her Coach purse out of her cart while she was in the fitting room at Kohl’s in the 200 block Township Line Road on Dec. 28. The purse is valued $300.

  • A man reported that he entered his locked locker of a public storage in the 200 block of West Chester Pike and discovered various tools were missing. The theft could have occurred over a five-week time period.

  • A 42-year-old Upper Darby woman was charged with Retail Theft at Kohl’s in the 200 block of Township Line Road on Dec. 30. She was charged with stealing $149.98 worth of merchandise.

  • A victim reported Dec. 30 that Comcast Cable notified him that someone opened a cable account using his personal information. The account is delinquent on the amount of $600.
