60-Year-Old Havertown Man Arrested on Drug Charges

The following incident reports were provided by the Haverford Township Police Department. Arrest does not indicate conviction. 

Tracy L. Dubose, 47, and of the 600 block of Haverford Road, Haverford, was charged with theft of property for an incident that occurred on the 600 block of Lancaster Avenue on August 15. Dubose was charged on October 11.

John J. Norrett, 60, of the 100 block of E. Marthart Avenue, Havertown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of E. Marthart Avenue on October 10 at 11:39 a.m.

Christopher P. Newby, 22, and a resident of the 6500 block of Lebanon Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy on the 5300 block of Baltimore Pike, Primos, on October 11 at 3:50 p.m.

Craig Russell, 20, and a resident of the 6600 block of Lansdowne Avenue, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy on the 5300 block of Baltimore Pike, Primos, on October 11 at 3:50 p.m.

Maxwell J. Curran, 20, and a resident of the unit block of N. Brighton Avenue, Upper Darby, was charged with DUI, careless driving, underage drinking and leaving the scene of an accident on the 700 block of West Chester Pike on October 14 at 1:42 a.m.

William O. Griffin, 52, and a resident of the 1100 block of Atwood Road, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, DUI, reckless driving, suspended license and registration on West Chester Pike and Lawrence Road on October 14 at 12:10 a.m.

James McMahon, 23, and a resident of the unit block of Sellers Avenue, Upper Darby, was charged with DUI on N. Eagle and Lawrence Roads on October 14 at 3:41 a.m.

Steven M. Molitor, 34, and a resident of the 700 block of Long Lane, Upper Darby, on the 1100 block of West Chester Pike on October 16 at 12:50 p.m.
