2-Car Accident On Darby Road

Witnesses say they saw one person get sent to the hospital.

There was a two-car accident on Tuesday afternoon that sent one person to the hospital, eyewitnesses said.

Haverford Township police did not give the Haverford-Havertown Patch specific information while at the accident scene.

But eyewitnesses did tell Patch that two cars collided at the intersection of Darby and Llandillo roads at around 4 p.m., Tuesday.

Eyewitnesses also told Patch that people from both cars—and at the moment it has not been determined how many were in the vehicles—were able to get out on their own.

One person was sent to an area hospital and both vehicles were towed away, eyewitnesses say.

Patch has left a voice message with the Haverford Township Police Department requesting additional information.
