Our family's Italian roast pork was inspired when my father visited Tuscany many years ago. A street vendor was selling a pork sandwich so simple and yet so tasty. My father made it his signature menu item for his Italian deli business. People ask him all the time, why is your roast pork so tasty? He tells them it’s in the marriage of the flavors between the slow braising of the premium cut of pork we use and our blend of seasoning.
