New Constructiont in Llanerch

Two new homes in Llanerch are really catching eyes! Located on the Unit block of East Park Rd.

Rick Fuller Homes is relatively new to Havertown but has already made a name for himself with his attention to detail with his new construction debut last year accross the street.  This year neighbors have been watching with interest as he goes one step further with this great design.  I am proud to have had the opportunity to help Rick design and build these three story beauties. www.HavertownRealtor.com

The homes seem to mirror the existing homes but feature extra details that some new construction lacks.  The property at 28 East Park(property on the left looking from the street) features a classic hip roof with sloping rafters, two foot soffits, and will feature stone on all sides!  32 East Park has graceful A frame roofs with prominent dormers.  This home will feature a mixture of stone and Cement tech siding.

Where is the garage? Attention to detail includes a place for bikes, trash cans and cars. Happy neighbors and long term curb appeal!!

Why does the patch allow this type of posting? This is free prominent web space for Mr. Ryan and his reality business, there is nothing newsworthy or educational about this post, unless you removed the specifics that make it an advertisement. "The homes seem to mirror the existing homes", Seem is the active word here, these houses are nothing more then fancy facades. I cannot disagree that Rick Fuller homes has made a name for themselves in Havertown, a name of destroying and sub-dividing.

The people on the right will have a shed in the back. The house on the left has the same option. Most of Havertown has detached garages. The attached garage would be front loading. There is a space for trash cans out of sight behind the side entrance.

MerionManor, I'm sorry you feel that way. The home that was taken down was structurally dangerous. These homes will generate more income for the township, county and school district. This is progress.

I have seen this builder's 2012 new construction home on Park Road across the street from these 2 new homes that are currently under construction and they look beautiful and conform with the rest of the neighborhood. I believe John Ryan provides interesting and helpful information to the community that he lives in. By the way, I'm also a Realtor and live in the Llanerch neighborhood. I would like to thank John for his encouraging and positive posts.

Newer homes that bear the quality/style of the beautiful older homes will only add value to our neighborhood. These types of homes will also keep people who may have otherwise moved out of the township, and keep the revenue those families and homes will generate.

So true, Michele! Not to mention attract people to our community and raise our values. One of the homes has already been sold for more than 625K!
