Havertown Represents In Delco Idol 2012

Delco Idol enters it seventh year with 40 new and returning participants. The first night kicked off Wednesday and the field has already been narrowed to 35.

The contest will continue each Wednesday until there are just 20 people left. The last night will feature a first half that will narrow the field down to the finalists and the second half will have them sing their final song.

Havertown is represented by both Sofia Ryan and Molly Fair, both of whom moved on to the second showdown this week.

There is a Delco Idol Jr. competition that is running concurrently with Idol on Sunday evenings.
