Relatives Making You Edgy? Therapeutic Yoga Poses at Home for Tightness and Tension

For those of you that can't make it to a yoga class or are out of town here are poses you can do at home to get some of the tightness.

During this holiday season we can get more stressed out with all the extra stuff going on.  For those of you that can't make it to a yoga class or are out of town I just wanted to give you some poses you can do  at home to get some of the tightness and kinks out.  If you are feeling yucky and tempted to skip to get more holiday stuff done, just remember when you take care of you, you have more to give back to all of those around you.  Let me know how these go for you.
