HTFL @ YOUR SERVICE -- Reader Advisories

Reader Advisories are a great way for HTFL Reference Librarians to help you discover new books and authors in your favorite genres.

Reached a reading plateau?  Or are you lost in a literary desert, and desperate for a good book to quench your thirst?  The Reference staff are here to help!  We'll help you discover new books and authors in your favorite genres, as well as point to great reads you might have overlooked.  Plus we have lists of reading suggestions on our website (http://haverfordlibrary.org/reading-suggestions). Compiled with great care by HTFL Reference Librarians, you'll find lists of recommended reads in genres like mystery, historical fiction, and nonfiction as well as read a-likes for favorite authors like Jodi Piccoult, Michael Connelly, and Janet Evanovich.

Finally, please join the festivities at our upcoming Book Bites program on Thursday, December 13 from 12 - 2 pm.  Come hear reviews about our favorite books of the year and what books we can't wait to read next.  A donation of $5 includes lunch and program.  Stop by the Reference Desk to pick up your ticket today!
