*For those of you seeing this invitation who don't know Gabby - she is my niece and the cutest, sweetest little five year old girl ever. On Mother's Day she gave me a hug when my own boys wouldn't give me the time of day.

A few weeks later on Memorial Day she was admitted to CHOP because she was suffering dizzy spells and was having problems with her balance. The next day her parents received the news that Gabby had a brain tumor and that it was inoperable.

Gabby was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive brain cancer called Diffused Intrapontine Glioma - DIPG. She fought hard all summer with chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, PICU visits ....and it wasn't enough. She lost her battle with cancer on 9/11/11.

Please come out and support Gabby's family - and also have a good time. Gabby loved Halloween and would definitely appreciate a costume party in her honor.
