Slight Chance of Rain, Snow For Weekend

The National Weather Service (NWS) is calling for a chance of rain and snow this weekend for Havertown.

For Friday, expect cloudy skies until mid morning and then gradually clearing, with a high of near 51 degrees, the NWS states.

During Friday night, mostly clear skies are expected with a low of around 32 degrees, the NWS predicts.

Saturday may see increasing clouds and a high near 49 degrees, states the NWS.

Come Saturday night, there is a 40 percent chance of rain after 10 p.m. and a low of around 34 degrees.

For Sunday, there is a 50 percent chance of rain and snow before 4 p.m. and then snow afterwards, with "precipitation" amounts up to half an inch possible, the NWS is calling for, with a high near 38 degrees.

For Sunday evening, there is a 30 percent chance of snow before 9 p.m. and a low of around 25 degrees, the NWS predicts.

Come Monday, expect sun and a high near 42 degrees, the NWS exclaims.
