Playful Powder the Kitty Needs Playmate

This playful kitten, named Powder, needs a buddy to entertain her. She's ready for a family full of playmates. She is available for adoption at the Delco SPCA. 

The SPCA processed a record-breaking 70 adoptions the week of July 4. Thanks to Independence Day specials where all animals were just a $17.76 adoption fee on July 4, the SPCA saw the highest adoption day in Delaware County history of 29 adoptions in just four hours. Cats six months and older, like Powder, have no adoption fee throughout the month of July.

Adoption specials are running throughout the month of July where American breed dogs, the "Ameri-Canines," such as the American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier and America’s favorite breed, the Lab, and their mixes, are just $20.11. Kittens are half off in the Delco SPCA’s Freedom Feline Fest.
