DelCo Wife Kills Husband Over Child Porn, Police Say

The victim was on Penn's 1979 basketball team that made it to the Final Four.

A Delaware County woman fatally stabbed her husband on Monday because she had caught him looking at child pornography, according to court records.

Police were called to the Nether Providence Township home of former Penn hoops star Matthew White, according to the Huffington Post, only to find him stabbed in the neck and his wife Maria Rey Garcia-Pellon.

As she was being taken into custody, according to a police affidavit, she said, "I caught him looking at pornography, young girls. I love kids. I had to do it." -Huffington Post

White was a member of the 1979 men’s basketball team at the University of Pennsylvania that earned a spot in the Final Four, according to The Daily Pennsylvanian.  He was the starting center of the team.
