ChaCha the Chihuahua Will Dance into Your Heart

This lovable Chihuahua, named ChaCha, will dance right into your heart. She is such a people-pup and not your average Chihuahua. She would love to find a home of her own and is available for adoption at the Delco SPCA. 

Adoption specials are running throughout the month of July where American breed dogs, the "Ameri-Canines," such as the American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier and America’s favorite breed, the Lab, and their mixes, are just $20.11. Kittens are half off in the Delco SPCA’s Freedom Feline Fest.
