The scholarships are presented each year by the Optimist Club of Havertown in loving memory of Michael Magro and Phillip Kotloff. Rep. Vitali discussed his later high school years, and his aspirations to college. He stressed the importance of increasing your efforts to achieve your goals, the closer that you get to them. You never look backwards with regret if you have done your best," said Joel Perlish, Optimist Youth of the Month co-ordinator.
