Video: Hanne's Says Goodbye To Its Customers

Liesel Spalding, the owner of , says goodbye to her customers after the restaurant has been sold after being in Havertown for 30 years.

After three generations of family members—started by grandmother Hanne Bruwelheid in 1982 and continued by her mother Christine Spalding and then the 27-year-old Liesel Spalding this past January—serving up food to the many people of Haverford Township, .

In the video, Spalding reads a message that she wrote to her customers. The message, which is written on a board over the counter, informs Hanne's customers that the restaurant will be closing and that their loyalty and presence was cherished by Spalding and her family.

Spalding said she will be throwing a for her customers on Saturday, July 28, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at where food will be served. She said that her customers can ask her about the party.
