Oakmont Winter Market This Weekend

The Oakmont Farmers Market will run this weekend on Saturday, Jan. 11.

During the winter the market is open from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Grace Chapel Parking Lot, 1 W. Eagle Road in Havertown.

The farmers market has provided a list of vendors that will be at the market this week and what they will be offering shoppers.

BACKYARD BISON

Rod will be at the winter market with his tasty bison steaks and jerky. He will be attending this week, February 8th, March 8th and April 19th. You may e mail Rod rod@backyardbison.com with orders or shop at the market.

Bob will attend all of the winter markets with his gourmet bake-at-home pizzas. He will have a larger variety of strombolis for your holiday parties and for just staying at home. He encourages pre-ordering, especially for gluten free items. You may e mail Bob at bob@bobsbakeathome.com.

Pam will be  at the market this week with Conebella's wonderful array of Cheddar and Colby based cheeses, and cheese spreads. Pam will be at the winter market this week,  February 8th, March 8th and April 19th.

GOLDEN VALLEY FARMS

Golden Valley will be at the market this week with an array of organic, shade grown, bird-friendly, and Fair Trade coffees and teas. They will be attending all winter markets going forward. LINDENHOF FARM

This week Marie will be bringing a variety of pies, quiches, cookies and other sweets. To reserve baked goods,  leave a message at 610-659-7954 or email  marie@myhousecookies.com. For holiday orders, Marie will be bringing order forms to the market. Marie will be attending all winter markets.

PARADOCX VINEYARD

Joe will be bringing  mozzarella and tomato varieties of Roman style pizza. He will also have an assortment of  his fresh pastas, including wild mushroom and sage ravioli, fall squash ravioli and goat cheese, pepperonata and chive ravioli, two kinds of lasagna, plus gnocchi, and regional sauces this week.
