The Pep Boys along West Chester Pike in Havertown has been serving the community for nearly three years now but many passersby are wondering if the business is new.
With brand new signs and flags hung around the Havertown Pep Boys, many have mistaken the place celebrating a grand opening.
According to Joe Rivells, service manager at the Havertown Pep Boys, many folks have been stopping in and asking when the shop had opened and if the shop was a new business in town.

"I guess this store was positioned in such a way with reflective mirrors that people didn't notice us. People are also probably just keeping their eyes on traffic. That's why we've put up more flags and signs just to get more attention," said Rivells.
